Future Leaders Initiative High School (FLI HS) Program 

Iara Arai Kirchner was born in Northern Mexico and grew up in Edcouch, Texas. She graduated with a Communication Studies degree and a Spanish minor from the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. Prior to working at Future Institute, she completed a one-year marketing/communications position as a Planters’ Peanutter where she drove a giant peanut on wheels across the United States! She has also worked as a scheduling/production specialist for a Texas court reporting firm and coordinated Quinceañeras on her free time. She relocated from South Texas to Chicago in 2018 to coordinated the first international World Future Forum for Future Institute. Currently, she manages the Future Leaders Initiative High School (FLI HS) program for seniors and acts as the registrar for all Concept Schools graduates.

 

Her favorite part about working with Future Institute is planning events and making a direct impact in students’ lives!
