Mission & Vision

Future Institute (FI), governed by an independent Board of Directors, supports Concept high school seniors and graduates as they embark on the next stages of their lives in college and careers. The Future Leaders Initiative (FLI) and Future Leaders Initiative High School (FLIHS) programs strive to foster positive graduate outcomes by offering resources, opportunities, personal support, and financial assistance to its participants. While addressing the issues impacting high school to college transition, college persistence, success, and career attainment, Future Institute empowers young people to make positive life decisions and navigate college and career pathways through its programs.

Concept Schools is Future Institute’s fiscal sponsor and a non-profit educational organization 501(c)(3).
