March 15 - How to Land an Internship Workshop 1.0

As part of the FLI Program worskhop series, Tom Gerencer hosted a workshop covering the following topics from his blog post “How to Get an Internship“:

• Where to find internships quickly.
• How to get an internship fast, without a lot of wasted effort.
• The best internship websites and internship finders to get you hired faster.
• Tips and examples of how to find internships with networking and job fairs.
• How to Google internships near me to fast-track your career.

There were 46 FLI Program participants in attendance and several asked him about their own internship search and how they can find an internship even during the pandemic.
